Payment and Insurance

I take health insurance! Dependent on what services you're receiving, you may be eligible to have your session paid by your health insurance. That determination, whether your service will be paid by your insurance company, depends on whether I am credentialed with that company, and and all eligibility is decided by your individual insurance company. Call me to ask about your insurance company.

All sessions are expected to be paid at the beginning of each session. We accept cash, or credit cards, which are paid through the Square app.

If your plan is not listed, and we are not participating, we will be unable to file a claim on your behalf. However, we can provide you with a form that you can submit to your insurance company to instruct them to send reimbursements directly to you.

Please be aware that with any health plans, there may be deductibles and copayments for which you could be responsible.

Any additional questions about payment or insurance billing should be directed to your individual provider.

Cancelled appointments with less than 24 hours notice will be subject to a cancellation fee of the cost of your service.
