Our office is easy to find! We're conveniently located on Kutztown Road, between the car wash and Meyer's Costume Shop.
There is plenty of free parking right in front of our office.

Rebecca Suglia, LCSW is currently credentialed with Aetna, Capital Blue Cross, and several EAP companies, with more insurance companies joining soon. Call to find out if your plan is covered.
Elizabeth Jackson is able to help you submit your claims to your insurance company. Please talk to her for assistance with this.
Dr. Patrick Suglia is able to accept pre-approved personal and auto injury claims.

PAYMENT AND BILLING POLICY

All services are billed by your individual provider. Dependent on what services you're receiving, you may be eligible to have your session paid by your health insurance. That determination, whether your service will be paid by your insurance company, depends on whether your provider is credentialed with that company, and and all eligibility is decided by your individual insurance company.
All sessions are expected to be paid at the beginning of each session. We accept cash, credit cards, and some providers will accept personal checks.
Any additional questions about payment or insurance billing should be directed to your individual provider.
If your plan is not listed, and we are not participating, we will be unable to file a claim on your behalf. However, we can provide you with a form that you can submit to your insurance company to instruct them to send reimbursements directly to you.
Please be aware that with any health plans, there may be deductibles and copayments for which you could be responsible.
Cancelled appointments with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of the cost of your service.
