Strength, Hope & Healing: Grief Support Group
Every Monday, 12-1:30 pm with Becky & EJ
Have you experienced loss? Are you stuck in your grief?
Many times, when we've experienced a loss, we feel alone, like no one in the world understands the pain we're feeling, or the fear of what's ahead for us. And indeed, the path of grieving is one that is often misunderstood, by our family, friends, and loved ones.
There are grief support groups that use workbooks, seminars and videos. This is not that kind of group. The format is open, and there is time for everyone to share, to support each other, and even to experience joy together. Our purpose is to find strength in our struggle, and to learn how to breathe again, together. Members can start whenever they're ready, and drop in anytime. FREE (donations accepted)
First, second, and fourth Tuesdays, 7:30-9 pm with Patrick
Join us every Tuesday night (except on movie night) for an open meditation gathering. Beginners can learn the basics of meditating, and experienced practitioners can come to enjoy the quiet, relaxing environment. This group is designed for basic meditation and does not follow any particular method, Even if you believe you can't meditate, you'll be surprised to find that you can! Join us after the program to enjoy refreshments and good company!
Women’s Wellness Group

Adult Children of Alcoholics Meeting
Every Monday, 7-8:30 pm with EJ
Welcome to Adult Children of Alcoholics®/Dysfunctional Families!
Never in the history of Twelve Step programs has a fellowship brought together such a diverse group of recovering people that includes adult children of alcoholics, codependents, and addicts of various sorts. The program is Adult Children of Alcoholics. The term “adult child” is used to describe adults who grew up in alcoholic or dysfunctional homes and who exhibit identifiable traits that reveal past abuse or neglect. The group includes adults raised in homes without the presence of alcohol or drugs. These ACA members have the trademark presence of abuse, shame, and abandonment found in alcoholic homes.
Our 30 years of experience has shown that adult children who attend our meetings, work the Twelve Steps, and find a Higher Power experience astonishing improvement in body, mind, and spirit. Ours is one of the few Twelve Step fellowships that embraces the difficult task of trauma work, which can often lead to an exciting journey to the Inner Child or True Self. Along with sponsorship, we encourage informed counseling to help the adult child accomplish the greatest level of emotional healing from an abusive upbringing.
